All of our clients using Metercom orMeterPod have the facility to access data online. From this page data can be accessed on through our secure web services, and, further down the page, there is the facility for clients to switch Metercom 'on' through an automated application process.

For any client with half-hourly meters requiring access, we need a list of MPANs and associated electricity suppliers. Once we have this information, then we can go about obtaining the necessary details from these suppliers, so the meter can be read.

Before you start this process, please ensure that you have first discussed your application with Pilot Systems (so we'll be prepared for the request coming through) and that you have the MPANs and associated suppliers to hand - preferably in digital form.
